Purpose of the pyrolysis plant "FERMER".

The FERMER pyrolysis unit was developed by Klimov's design office to cover the needs of farms and small enterprises in heat, gasoline, diesel fuel and electricity, utilizing and processing their household waste and the waste of their enterprise. Thus, increasing the profitability of manufactured goods, reducing the costs of its production for energy. The pyrolysis unit "FERMER" is a unique development allowing to process any kind of waste in its physical essence: solid and liquid wastes. Liquid waste that can be recycled in the plant includes: automobile waste oil, fuel oil, acid tar, oil sludge.

The reactor of the FERMER installation can operate in six modes, tuned in the most demanded product at the output:
- 100% oil fluid;
- 50% oil fluid и 50% generating gas;
- 100% generating gas;

- 50% char (уголь) и 50% oil fluid.

The reactor unit of the installation has a built-in water (oil) shirt. At the output of 250 kW of thermal power, which provides a warm room in 2000 sq.m.

The access to the burners of the reactor section of the pyrolysis unit can be set up in one of three positions: front, right, left.

Conveyors of feedstock loading and discharge of coke residue have degrees of freedom of 270 degrees relative to the vertical axis of the reactor. The direction of the location of the conveyors does not depend on the direction of the location relative to each other. Transporters can change the angle of their location to the horizon from 15 to 60 degrees of slope and change the length by adding inserts. The waste to be recycled must be pre-crushed into pieces up to 50 mm in size.

These design advantages make it possible to place the pyrolysis unit on any cramped site of the customer, to build the module into the existing technological process. As a particular example: Who has purchased PROMETHEUS-FARMER and wants to increase capacity using a large plant, PROMETHEUS-FERMER is added to the technological chain as an installation for removing water from debris, processing more dry debris in the main large reactors, the processing speed of MSW is increasing.

Is it possible to reduce the costs of the enterprise to "zero" with the help of the mini-factory "PROMETHEUS-FARMER"?
That is why we undertook to implement this project. We have a large non-profit building that costs a month's electricity for 1000 dollars, plus payments for garbage disposal and in winter time heating costs are added to the amount of $ 800 per month. It was our desire to eliminate unnecessary items of costs. The goal was to get heat, electricity and would not prevent, as a by-product to all have high-quality motor fuel for their vehicles.

From the water cooling jacket of diesel engines, the heat began to flow into the greenhouse, and light was generated from the generators. And it was all free for me. He began to grow simple crops: radish, onions, lettuce and so on. Packed and handed over to supermarkets. Every day they go from supermarkets to me money, but I do not pay for anything, only wages to employees. Then he began to take money for receiving garbage from the population 1 passenger car - 1 dollar. As a result, I have so much money that I even bought a shipyard and now I still produce modern hydrofoil ships. My communism lies in the fact that money moves only in one direction: towards me. Everyone pays me, I do not pay for anything or anyone.

We are a city special-purpose vehicle for the removal of domestic garbage to a city landfill. We do not have to worry about raw materials, it will be enough for 100 years, we still pay for it. We have at the enterprise all the metalworking equipment and the corresponding staff of specialists, can we make the equipment ourselves according to your drawings for your own needs? At the output of 1 ton of technical water, 1 ton of fuel - 25,000 rubles, 1 ton of gas - 25,000 rubles, 2 tons of coal - 2000 rubles. Coal will burn in the process. 50000 rubles or 1000 $ financial turnover per day. Taking away the costs, you can count on a profit of 1 million a month. It's not even a profit, but the fact that with the help of the installation you can forget about the costs of the enterprise and quickly recoup the plant - that's for sure.

With pleasure, having read your information, I see in it one, but a big (not your) drawback, that the products of pyrolysis plants do not have a sufficiently significant consumer, in particular, which could be the state, or its body. In world practice there is an example, when legislatively, the administration of the US president ordered to use paper produced only from recyclables. Similarly, for example, the Legislative Assembly could oblige the city mayor to use only fuel made from waste, BUT! Lenin did not in vain call imperialism parasitic, decaying ... And now, even if there are deputies who will raise the issue in the previous perspective, the oil oligarchs will always bribe any Sachs or decisive and will not allow this idea to be realized !!!!!
KB Klimov, in no way, does not consider his work as a task of a global redistribution of the economy. I personally will be happy if with the help of our equipment, someone will improve their financial situation and become economically stronger. I am very impressed by the Lithuanian idea of ??enlightenment, in practice implemented by a farmer from Lithuania: "Communism in a single enterprise." In his honor the plant is called "FERMER".

Hello, if the shredder grind raw materials to 5 cm, how much will go into the retort (I mean how many wooden sleepers need to be crushed to fill the retort).
The volume of the pyrolysis reactor is 1 cu. The plant's productivity does not depend on the volume of the reactor (vertical retort), mainly on the speed of recruitment of raw material temperature (this means the raw material density, its thermal conductivity, decomposition temperature and other properties). As the process of converting raw materials is continuous and the automatic installation itself determines the amount of raw material supplied, when and how much it is loaded and unloaded from the reactor. Replenishment of the reactor with raw materials occurs automatically without the participation of people, the operator only watches and must take measures so that the mini plant is provided with raw materials for processing, the sensors for the availability of raw materials "sound alarm" if the level in the bunker with the crushed raw material is below the required level. This is perceived by the factory automation as a signal to start the control time, if the bunker is not replenished with raw materials within an hour, the process stopping mode will turn on. This ensures the stability of quality outputs at the output, the continuity of the process, the maximum speed of the processing of raw materials, not at the expense of the quality of the commodity product at the outlet. If the operator does not take any action to fill the bunker with crushed raw materials, the plant's automation will go into the stop mode of the process and smoothly make a temperature reset in the reactor and stop the plant's operation. The processing of raw materials will cease until a signal is received that the raw material bunker has been replenished and the plant itself will launch itself into the mode of entering the technological regime and will continue to process the raw materials until it again ends or the plant is compulsorily commanded to stop the plant. Also, the automation of the plant starts the process of stopping the technological process in any emergency situation or in violation of the ability to provide technological conformity to the safety of the process or the quality of the final product.

Question to the designer:
The equipment is very interesting. But there is one very important question: is there a positive opinion of the State Ecological Expertise on it? Without it, it is almost impossible to legalize any facilities for the processing of solid waste.

The pyrolysis module of the plant is equipped with a vacuum system for sampling the vapor-gas mixture, this system tested on the prototype did not cause failures and leaks of pyrolysis substances into the environment. Maximum if you change the water to a coolant of 400 kW. In addition: since the main flow of the incandescent vapor-gas mixture goes by another channel and is treated with air coolers for obtaining fuel and lubricants. Having altered the cooling system of the combined-cycle cooling system, another 100 kW can be obtained. As a result, 500 kW.

When light gasoline and diesel fractions from pyrolysis liquids come out, due to heterogeneity in the morphological composition of raw materials, the commodity product is not always perfectly light. Can have shades of yellow, red, coffee, turbidity. To give fuel or to return lordship and transparency, I recommend using mandatory sorption settings.
