The FERMER pyrolysis unit was developed by the Klimov Design Bureau, in order to cover the needs of farms and small enterprises for heat, gasoline, diesel fuel and electricity by utilizing and recycling their household waste and waste of its enterprise. Is it possible with the help of the PROMETEY-FARMER mini-plant to reduce the company's costs to zero?
That is why we decided to implement this project. We have a large non-profit building in costs, which consumes $ 1,000 per month of electricity, plus payments for garbage collection and $ 800 per month in heating costs are added. It was our desire to eliminate unnecessary cost items. The goal was to get heat, electricity and it would not hurt, as a by-product of everything, to have high-quality motor fuel for your vehicles.

I’ll give voice to a real incident that I was thinking about: a farmer from Lithuania called me, knowing what my design bureau was doing, and with a touch of pride said to me: “Igor, I live under communism”. I asked him to tell him what he means when he says that he "lives under communism." He said, just so much money that he has nowhere to put them. It all started with the fact that he was one of the first to set up an installation for himself in his farm for the production of generator gas from garbage and waste, connected diesel generators to it. He built greenhouses, and what is most important in greenhouses is 90% of all costs, to cover the costs of heat and electricity to create conditions for rapid growth of plants. From the water-jacket of diesel engine cooling, heat began to flow into the greenhouses, and light was generated from the generators. And I had all this for free. He began to grow simple crops: radishes, onions, lettuce, and more. Packed and handed over to the supermarkets. Every day, money goes from supermarkets to me, and I would not pay for anything, only the salary of employees. Then he began to take money for the reception of garbage from the population of 1 passenger wheel - 1 dollar. As a result, I have so much money that I even bought a shipyard and now I am also releasing modern marine hydrofoils. My communism in me is that money moves only in one direction: to me. Everybody pays me, I'm not paying for anything

We are an urban special farm for the removal of household waste to the urban landfill. We don’t have to worry about raw materials, it’s enough for 100 years, we are still being paid for it. I will not be clever, I will give a simple rough calculation. Do accurate calculations yourself and do not argue with me, I do not care what indicators you get on paper. We set up FERMER with an average processing mode of 5 tons of municipal waste. At the exit, 1 ton of technical water, 1 ton of fuel and lubricants - 25,000 rubles, 1 ton of gas - 25,000 rubles, 2 tons of coal - 2,000 rubles. Coal will burn in the process. 50,000 rubles or $ 1,000 financial turnover per day. By removing costs, you can count on a profit of 1 million per month. It's not even about profit, but the fact that with the help of the installation you can forget about the costs of the enterprise and quickly recoup the plant - that's for sure

I am pleased to review your information, I see it as one, but a big (not your) drawback, which is that the production of pyrolysis plants does not have a sufficiently significant consumer, which, in particular, could be the state or its authority. In world practice, there is an example when, legislatively, the administration of the US president obliged to use paper produced only from recycled materials. Similarly, for example, the Legislative Assembly could oblige the city mayor's office to use only fuel made from waste, BUT! It is not for nothing that Lenin called imperialism parasitic, decaying ... So now, even if there are deputies who raise the issue in the previous perspective, then the oil oligarchs will always bribe any legal or decisive and will not allow this idea to be realized !!!!!
The Klimov KB, in no case, does not consider its work as the task of a global redistribution of the economy. I personally will be happy if with the help of our equipment, someone improves their financial situation and becomes economically stronger. I am very impressed with the Lithuanian idea of enlightenment, in practice, realized by a farmer from Lithuania: "Communism in a single enterprise". In his honor, the plant is called "FERMER"

Hello, if the shredder chop raw materials up to 5 cm. How much will go into the retort (I mean how many wooden sleepers need to be crushed to fill the retort)
The volume of the pyrolysis reactor 1 cu. The productivity of a plant does not depend on the volume of the reactor (vertical retort), but mainly on the rate at which the temperature of the raw material sets (this means the density of the raw material, its thermal conductivity, decomposition temperature, and other properties). Since the process of converting raw materials takes place continuously and the automation of the installation itself determines the quantity of the supplied raw materials, when and how much to load and unload it from the reactor. Replenishment of the reactor with raw materials occurs automatically without the participation of people, the operator only monitors and must take measures so that the mini-plant will be provided with raw materials for processing, the sensors of the availability of raw materials “sound the alarm” if the level in the bunker with the crushed raw materials is lower than necessary. This is perceived by the plant automation as a signal to start the control time, if you do not refill the bunker with raw materials within an hour, the process stop mode is activated. This ensures the stability of quality indicators of products at the output, the continuity of the technological process, the maximum speed of the processing of raw materials is not to the detriment of the quality of the product at the output. If the operator does not take any action to fill the bunker with crushed raw materials, the plant’s automation will enter the process shutdown mode and smoothly reset the temperature in the reactor and stop the plant operation. Processing of raw materials will stop, until a signal is received that the raw material bunker is replenished again, and the plant itself launches itself in the mode of exiting the technological mode, and continues to process raw materials until it ends again or the operator stops the work of the plant compulsorily. Also, plant automation starts the process shutdown process in any abnormal situation or in case of violation of the ability to provide technological compliance for process safety or quality of the final product.

The equipment is very interesting. But there is one very important question - is there a positive conclusion of the State Ecological Expertise on it? Without it, it is almost impossible to legalize any installations for the processing of MSW
